The M. Com (General) has one section of 30 students. The program encompasses advancements in the fields of finance, marketing, management, accounting, law, taxation, entrepreneurship, computer application, research, etc., to equip students with in depth knowledge and skills required to cope up with the dynamics of constantly changing business environment and technological upgradations. It provides the framework to enhance the learner's acumen, logical and analytical thinking through mandatory internships and research projects which facilitates industry exposure, ensuring job readiness and confidence to become job providers.

Objective

To equip the learners with knowledge, skills and attitude to meet the requirements of the job market and/or to become self-sufficient. To develop critical appreciation regarding the concepts, principles and theories related to finance and accounting.

About the Department

The Department of commerce B. Com(G) was started in 1991. In the long journey of 33 years the department has started M. Com(G) in the year 2018. It has experienced and dedicated faculty members with many Doctorates. The department takes students to Industrial visits and conducts various seminars, workshops, and placement training for the upliftment of the students.
