Previously called Personnel Management, the modern-day avatar is Human Resource Management, and this course has been designed to develop professional competency, social sensitivity, and proficiency in the workings of the corporate domain, calling for skills in contemporary human resources management.
Our aim is to provide students a comprehensive understanding of principles, theories and policies in regard to managing human resources effectively.
The PG Department of HRM was started in 2017 with the sanctioned strength of 40 students. The Department functions with a dedicated faculty of 4 whose industrial and academic experience cater for their students a profound knowledge in the field of Human resource management. The department has been producing university rank holders since 2019.
